Repairs, Replacements and Everything Between
That honesty matters in Georgia. The state does not license roofers, so anyone can print a business card. We will show our business licence and insurance certificates on request, price work by measured roof area rather than living area, and tell you when a repair is enough. Call +1 470-613-9333 any hour — we are open 24 hours. Every recommendation comes with photographs and a written price, so you can compare us against anyone on equal terms.
Our crews handle the full life of a roof: small leak repairs, full architectural shingle replacements, standing seam metal, flat roof systems for commercial buildings, and gutter and skylight work that keeps water moving away from the structure. Because Marietta housing spans many decades — the city median year built is around 1984 — we regularly work on layered, aging and previously patched roofs, and we will tell you honestly when patching has run its course.
We publish the ranges most Marietta roofers keep behind a sales visit. As of October 2026, architectural shingle runs $4.50–$7.00 per square foot installed, a typical replacement job runs $12,000–$22,000, most repairs run $300–$1,500, and standing seam metal runs $10–$16 per square foot. Every quote is based on measured roof area, pitch, layers and material — not your home's living area, which understates true roof size on most houses.

Marietta roofs take summer heat, heavy pollen, sudden downpours and the occasional severe storm — Cobb County saw golf-ball hail and an EF-1 tornado in the same system on 2 March 2012. We install drip edge as Georgia code requires, use self-adhered membrane in valleys and around penetrations, and check ventilation against the 1/150 baseline so attic heat and moisture do not quietly shorten your roof's life from underneath.
Roof problems do not keep office hours, and neither do we. Clark Brothers Roofing is open 24 hours from 1122 Powers Ferry Rd, Marietta, GA 30067. Whether it is a midnight leak, a tree limb through the deck, or a planned replacement you want quoted carefully, one call to +1 470-613-9333 reaches us. Permit rules differ between the City of Marietta and unincorporated Cobb by parcel — we confirm yours before quoting.

Official Resources We Work From
Clark Brothers Roofing is based at 1122 Powers Ferry Rd in Marietta, GA 30067, and this page is about how we work rather than a polished origin story. We inspect roofs carefully, photograph problems instead of describing them from the driveway, explain repair-versus-replace honestly, and put pricing in writing. If a roof has good years left, we will say so — even when a replacement would pay us more.
What Marietta Customers Say
4.9 from 78 Google reviews
Just yesterday, I had my roof replaced by Clark Brothers Roofing. The quality of their installation was top-notch and their pricing was extremely competitive. I had explored quotes as high as $20,000, but this team managed to complete the job for half the price. After conducting extensive research and considering advice from consumer reports, I chose the shingles. Thomas, one of their dedicated team members, went out of his way to help me understand all the details I was curious about. I was so thrilled with their work that we're planning to have my in-laws' roof in Marietta replaced by them as well. I would highly recommend Clark Brothers Roofing to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

i've had seth fix my roof a few times over the years. he really knows how to handle those insurance companies and has fixed lots of issues that another roofer left behind. my back porch was in bad shape because the last roofer did a poor job, but seth rebuilt it and now it looks brand new! during the last visit, he even found a leak in my heating system that could have been dangerous for my family. seth is my go-to guy and i always call him for advice about anything related to construction. i would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a roofer—they can trust him completely. we've even become friends over the years. another roofer who was just going around the neighborhood said my roof was one of the best he's ever seen. seth is also really careful with pets, which i appreciate since it gets hot here and i like to keep the doors open. wish he could do plumbing too!

Clark Brothers Roofing is by far the best roofing contractor I’ve worked with. Malachi is one of the most professional people I’ve met. I called about a roof leak and he came by the same day to check it out. The very next morning, a crew arrived to temporarily patch the leak. Within a short time, they got the permits and removed my old clay tile roof. They built and installed a beautiful aluminum roof along with a commercial-grade white rubber roof. All the workers showed great skill and did excellent work. When the job was finished, they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell anyone had been there. From hand-wiping the roof panels, using a blower for the gutters, and rolling a giant magnet over the grass, their attention to detail was outstanding. The care they gave from start to finish is unmatched.

We had a great experience with this roofing company. After dealing with other roofers who only offered quick fixes that never stopped our roof from leaking, this team stood out with a detailed plan to find the real cause of the leak. Their pricing was also very fair. Malachi, our project manager, was fantastic. He was always quick to respond, very professional, and made sure to explain everything about the roof repairs each step of the way. Our flat roof finally stopped leaking thanks to their thorough inspection and quality work. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend this roofer to anyone looking for honest and reliable service in Georgia.

I needed roofing repair after some water leaks from heavy rainstorms. Brantley responded quickly, took a close look at my roof, and carefully explained exactly what needed to be fixed. The estimate was clear and reasonable. Throughout the project, I got regular updates with photos showing how the work was coming along. The roofing crew showed up on time each day and worked long hours to get everything done. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing roofing services!

Frequently asked questions about About Clark Brothers Roofing
We are also up front about the trade itself. Georgia does not license roofers, prices in this market vary wildly, and storm season brings out-of-town crews who disappear. Our answer is simple: local address, published phone number +1 470-613-9333, open 24 hours, and business licence and insurance certificates available on request for every customer who asks. That approach shapes everything on this page: how we inspect, how we price, and how we handle the paperwork Georgia homeowners actually need.
Every job starts with a real inspection: shingles, flashing, valleys, vents, decking where accessible, and the attic side when a leak is involved. You get photos and a plain-language explanation of what is failing, what is cosmetic, and what can wait. Then you get options — repair, maintenance or replacement — each priced separately, so you can choose the scope instead of being sold the largest one by default.
Frequently asked questions about Roofing Company in Marietta, GA
Many roofing websites imply a state licence that does not exist. Georgia does not license roofers; roofing is a traditional specialty trade under O.C.G.A. 43-41-17. We will not dress that up. What we can show you is our business licence and current insurance certificates, on request, before you sign anything. Ask any roofer you interview for the same documents — a legitimate local company will hand them over without hesitation.

Quotes are calculated from measured roof area, not living area, and include tear-off, underlayment, drip edge and ventilation checks.
